Crochet Harry Potter – Free Pattern

Hello everyone. Those of you who follow me on Twitter and Facebook will know I make crochet mini-me’s. Little crochet versions of famous people  Over the past 2 years I’ve made all sorts of people, David Bowie, Adam Ant, Jeremy Corbyn, Benerdick Cumberbatch a full set of Queen members complete with instruments and many more.

I’ve not yet shared any of my patterns for these little figures because I wasn’t sure if anyone would want them. However last month I was asked to make a figure that I’m sure people will want the pattern for, Harry Potter.

Embroider on a yellow badge on the cloak.

Embroider Harry’s eyes, glasses and zig zag scar. To make the nose take some pink yarn (same colour as head). Join just bellow one of the eyes. Pinch the crichet on the face bellow the eyes to form a nose shape and sew several stitches from one side to the other of the pinched nose to keep it pulled up. Sew a mouth bellow the nose.

Harry is the first of my Hogwarts figures, there will be more to come in the next few months. This one has a cute little Hedwig in a cage that was found in a charity shop. I think that finishes him off nicely.
