Fussy Eaters Rhapsody (to the tune of Bohemian Rhapsody)

Hello everyone, its Wednesday so that means another parody song for you ( stop that groaning at the back). Todays offering is inspired by Queens ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and all the fussy eater children out there. I had one myself years ago, so this is something I am well acquainted with.

A Fussy Eaters Rhapsody

This is my mealtime
Battle with my mummy
She tries to feed me
She always tries to pleed with me

Open your mouth
Just take one small bite and see
I’m not a good child
I won’t make this easy

Yes I’m a fussy small picky child
Born to drive mummy wild
Any way you bribe me, doesn’t really matter to me, to me

Mama, don’t want my lunch
No peas and ham and bread
Give me something else instead
mama, ate it yesterday
But now I’m going to throw it all away

Mama ooh
Didn’t mean to make you cry
I might eat this food again tomorrow
Carry on, carry on, cus nutrition really matters

Why can’t I just eat cake
Some chicken nuggets too
Something that won’t make me spew

Vege’s are for loosers, I don’t like fish
Gonna turn it all away, unless its sweet

Mama ooh (any way you bribe me) I don’t wanna try
Sometimes  won’t eat anything good  at all

I’ll eat a little bit of supper if I get
chocolate mouse, chocolate mouse, for my dinner tomorrow

Mushroom soup looks mucky, very very yucky me
Baby says no ( baby says no)
Baby says no (baby says no)
Baby says no, I said no
I’m gonna blow

I’m just a small child, not very hungry
I don’t need much food, i’ve a small tummy, see
Spare me my lunch, and I’ll eat all my tea

Don’t give me, broccoli, I won’t have a go
Potatos, No,  I will not have a go (have a go)
Potatoes,  I will not have a go (have a go)
Potatoes, I will not have a go (have a go)
Will not have a go (have a go)
Will not have a go, have a go
No,no,no,no,no,no, no

Oh mama mia, mama mia, mama mia I said no
That chicken stew is the devil food you gave to me, to me, to me

So you think if you beg me, you’ll get me  to try
Carrots, green beans, tomatoes and your cottage pie
No mummy, can’t feed this to me mummy,
Just gotta get out
Just gotta get out my high chair

oh yeah, oh yeah

I wont eat your green foods
Anyone can see
No point giving green foods
No point giving green foods, to me

(any way you bribe me)

I hope you enjoyed this weeks song, please let me know if there are any songs you thing would make good parodies.

My all time favourite Bohemian Rhapsody parody has to be the one by the Muppets but this comes a close second.

Ha! That would be ace. More likely whip them into a rage where they throw food at me though, knowing my two, and my singing! Oh, and #AnythingGoes too!

Very much appreciated this one today – the girls have been poorly and refused to eat anything…now I’m struggling to get from ‘even if you only eat buttons I’m happy’…to ‘No, you cannot only eat buttons’. Groan.
